About me

I am Deepak Parasam.  I like to call myself as a full-stack developer, with experience in variety of platforms and technologies.  In my brief stints, I have been a book-reviewer, tech speaker at local meetups, and an active member of several toastmasters clubs.

My goal with this blog is to share my experiences in solving techinical problems in real-world business scenarios, and in the process hopefully provide content that is useful for other developers in the field of web development, distributed computing, and other general programming techniques.  Thereby my hope is also to do my bit in helping to have a healthy public discourse on topics in computing for the benefit of all.

Outside of computing, I enjoy reading, hiking and working out.  I prefer to read non-fiction more than fiction since I like to see the world through the lens of facts.  I prefer not-so-flat terrain hikes.  And I see my workouts as a refreshment.

Thanks for checking out my blog and hope you find the content useful.
